Print a report on config, secrets, providers, and environment

Validates the config for the active profile, counts its secrets and providers, shows FNOX_PROFILE, and tests each provider's connection. It also warns when an exported FNOX_AGE_KEY undermines a top-level env = "exec" or env = false. Secret values are not resolved; use fnox check for that.

Flags
